Puzzle Bobble 4 is a puzzle game developed and published by Taito in 1998. It is the fourth installment in the Puzzle Bobble series and was released for arcades, PlayStation, Dreamcast, Game Boy Color, and Microsoft Windows. The game features the same basic gameplay as the previous games in the series, where players must shoot bubbles to clear lines and eliminate enemies. However, Puzzle Bobble 4 introduces a number of new features, such as the ability to create special bubbles that can destroy multiple enemies at once. The game also features a new story mode, where players must help the Bubble Bobble characters rescue their friends from the evil Dr. Badtz-Maru.
