Ultimate TicTacToe

Description:

Ultimate TicTacToe is a board game composed of nine tic-tac-toe boards arranged in a 3 × 3 grid. Players take turns playing on the smaller tic-tac-toe boards until one of them wins on the larger board.
The game is played with 2 players, who take turns placing their marks (X or O) on the empty squares. The first player to get three of their marks in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) on any of the smaller boards wins that board. The first player to win three boards wins the game.
